Life is not bed of roses for everyone. Challenges and difficulties are thrown by destiny every now and then. Just follow your heart, listen to your inner voice don’t loose faith in God, stop caring about what other people think about you, keep on doing good work be happy be focussed and always try to look at the positive side of life be an example for all to see. The more beautifully you think the more beautiful you look and the more beautiful your life will become.

1. Start your day with huge smile and prayer- When you wake up in the morning sit in the silence for at least 10 minutes each day and pray to God for the well being of everyone. Always be grateful for all his love blessings and gifts you already have.
2. Look into the mirror – See how beautiful and blessed you are to have wonderful family
who loves you unconditionally for all that you are.
Look at your pretty eyes in the mirror to see the best in people
Look at your smile that can do wonders make life more beautiful for you and for others
Look at your heart that forgives the worst
Look at your beautiful soul that cares for everyone
Take a moment to love the one you are, Learn to accept yourself be proud of yourself and celebrate that.All this can only be possible if you are honest, loyal and person of high character.
Step out of the house with confidence happiness and positive thoughts.
3. Exercise –Adding physical activity to your life to stay happy healthy and beautiful. No matter where you are – use the stairs, go for a walk, hit the gym, do yoga, Tai Chi, swimming. Do what you love and enjoy the most. Daily exercise can increase your happiness, improve your overall health and moreover helps you to manage stress and feel better.

Walking is simple but powerful. Go outside and get some fresh air it will recharge your mind and body.
Swimming– Helps to maintain a healthy weight and healthy heart, providing a calming sensation
Yoga-not only improves physical fitness but also benefits emotional health.
Hit the Gym and get into the shape. Regular exercise can benefit your health, mind and body, help to manage your weight and mood.
Tai Chi – It is the Chinese martial art that reduces stress and anxiety and improves the balance control of older people.
Any physical activity/workout can do wonders for your health. When you are healthy your skin looks healthy too.
4. Eat healthy– When you eat right food you will feel better both physically as well as mentally. A well balance diet provides you energy helping you to stay stronger. It can make huge difference to the way you think look and feel. Try to add more fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts in your diet, we all need a balance of vitamin, minerals, calcium, protein, fibre, carbohydrates in our diet.
Drink plenty of water to stay healthy and hydrated , it helps to flush out toxins from our body. Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions. Drinking water is great for skin. It helps to improve complexion, when properly hydrated you body will also work better. You are more likely to be in a happy enjoyable mood.
5. Work on the relationships–
Without communication there is no relationship
Without respect there is no love
Without trust there is no reason to continue [ what a beautiful lines I have read somewhere ]
Sometimes life can be stressful and we just need a simple hug or a helping hand.Every morning for at least 15 minutes sit with your partner over a cup of coffee/tea, make sure you add ginger cinnamon to it, really its awesome absolutely a perfect drink for tea lovers. Spend time together.Go out for a walk and gym together. It doesn’t matter what you buy, for as long as what matters is a smile on her face, surprise her, show her that you value her , take her someplace she loves to go, show her you understand her passion and strengths; Cook together try new recipes.A Husband need to know that his wife love him, care for him ,respects him and more important is proud of him. So tell your husband that you love him and always being there for him whenever he needs you.It will strengthen your bond which in turn helps you to lead a very healthy, happy, successful life ahead.
6. Stay positive leaves no room for stress– Keep on sending positive vibes even if there is a negativity around you. Too much stress causes the human brain to stop functioning properly. What we don’t need to carry – Depression, jealousy, ego, anger, grudges, sadness, fear, regrets, insecurity, hatred, misunderstanding, greed. Avoid all of them and cherish life. Anger & bitterness spoils the relationship forever. However good or bad a situation , it will change. Guys please don’t waste time and energy hating anyone. Life is very precious and celebrate it with your loved ones.
7.Giving love and respect to everyone – When it comes to life, a beautiful face is never enough but a person needs to be beautiful from inside and out.People won’t remember the person with the most beautiful face, but will remember the person with the most beautiful heart forever. It’s all about how you are as a person and how you treat others. Life is beautiful if everyone you meet in form of smile, kindness, understanding, acceptance, tolerance, generosity, always be humble and gleeful, lead from the heart not the head.
8. Let go any negative feelings-Rebuke all negative thoughts. Life is too short don’t waste time on gossips, issues of the past, negative thoughts or back bitting.Backbiting is considered as a major sin. Before you speak negative about others think twice-

There is nothing wrong sitting in a group and saying nothing bad instead talking or discussing about something useful and knowledgeable. Remember this thing how a person speaks negative about other people to you this is exactly how they speak about you to other people in your absence.Invest your energy in creativity and focus on living a positive life.

9. Don’t argue just for the sake of arguing. You don’t have to win every argument, sometime for the ones you love you have to agree to disagree. Results of anger are more painful then the reasons of anger.When you feel like you are losing you start fighting and yelling.
Guys arguments do nothing but raises your blood pressure. If someone comes and start arguing listen to them and try to solve the issue or understand it better.If the other person is still arguing and not listening to you then follow this simple funda of life

10. Don’t compare your life to others– As humans it is in our nature to compare ourselves to others. We most often compare materialistic things like cars, homes, pay checks , beauty, progress and the most funniest even the social media like Facebook comments.
Come on guys grow up; first of all stop comparing yourself with others, God has made everyone so beautiful and talented, there are so many qualities inherit in you which other persons don’t have. Be proud of what you have, what you have done or achieved and create better life for yourself and your family and people around you.Pursue your goals with your positivity, hard work and passion.You have no idea what their journey is all about. Your happiness don’t depend on people but on your own inner self. Be a role model for yourself, Keep shining and spread smiles.
11. Help someone in need – Ask yourself “What are you doing for others”
Thinking positive and wishing good for others is a prayer. Doing good for others is a great joy. It increases your own health and happiness.Don’t expect anything in return for being nice and helpful, good behaviour has the power to win million hearts. Going extra mile is admirable the simple kind words makes a big difference in someone’s life.

12. Listening to songs, dance and see old pics- Listening to songs a day can improve memory reduces stress, strengthen your immune system. Happiness is enjoying little things in life.
“Dance like nobody is watching you” trust me you will feel so good. Dancing can reverse brain aging, so go dancing whenever you can.

13. Always appreciate others efforts– Learning to appreciate others can help us live a beautiful happy life. It costs little or nothing but for other it means a lot. When you give person a sincere compliment or just a hug or a smile you are making them feel valuable and motivated boost their confidence to work harder and do more.
Be genuine about your praise, so the next time you see someone does something nice try showering them with appreciation and you will notice they are just gonna be over the moon.
14. Socialise and go out on weekends– Try to visit your friends as its suitable for you on weekends, or call them at your place. Have weekly get together go for a movie together. Play with your family and friends. Speak lovely to every person. Make new friends who stood right beside you whenever you need them. Don’t forget to wish your family/friends on their birthdays ,anniversaries. Small tokens of affection is the perfect way to express love and gratitude.
15. Pamper Yourself – Life is beautiful and even more if you love your self and lived a life filled with happiness joy and take care of your skin and health. Taking time out to go to saloon and get a facial, body massage, manicure, pedicure. Go to ice cream parlour, buy yourself new pair of shoes, clothes or skin care products anything which makes you happy.
Go to your favourite restaurant and enjoy a meal, order a pizza at home or make your favourite dish. Enjoy every bit of your life and don’t forget to celebrate whenever you get time or stressed out
16. Travelling at least once in a year Travel open your heart mind to new experiences and explore new places. Its affordable too.You will meet new people embrace new culture, try local food. When you are working 8 hours a day in office or house you really need a day off or going out on a holiday to relax, to click photographs and add beautiful memories to your life .Best part is to upload the trip pics on Facebook and getting lovely comments from your loved ones made it even more special. Memories that you cherish for a lifetime. Travelling creates a better and more meaningful relationship with your family and gets enough time to talk and share your feelings that we cannot share at home. BEACHSIDE walk refreshes your mind , body and soul.
17. Practice forgiveness– Being hurt by someone you love and trust is more painful. But if person accepted his mistake and saying sorry Forgiveness is the better option. Try seeing the situation from others point of view. Perhaps you would also have reacted the same way. Remember the time you have hurt others and those who have forgiven you . How u felt at that moment. Don’t react to the issue until or unless its very hurting . There are some people if you will give more chances to them they will take you for granted.Never let a person gets comfortable disrespecting you.

Tit for tat policy makes the situation more worst for both the parties.

18. Eating Dinner together – At least find time to eat dinner with your family. It brings family members close to each other and provides a sense of security and feeling of love n care for each other. It helps to strengthen family bond more stronger over the time.
19. Sleep with no negative thought in mind n Prayer -Over thinking causes the human mind to create negative thoughts or replay painful memories. Each night before you go to bed . Pray to God and be thankful for the wonderful day.
We can’t go back and change what has happened in the past but we can start right now and change the present and the future to lead a healthy, happy and beautiful life ahead……….
